What Do I Need To Apply?

  • Filled out Application

  • Two Months of paystubs

  • $75 Application Fee (Cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check)

 
Will anything be checked?

  • Credit Check

  • Background Check

 
How Do I Apply?
 

To apply to one of our rentals print off the application. Once printed, simply fill out all fields.

 

After completed, bring the Application along with paystubs and application fee to

7206 Leesville Rd. Durham, NC 27703

 

 

When the application has been turned in please allow 7-10 business days to hear back from the Property Manager.
